He brings over 15 years of experience as a Strategy and Management Consultant where he’s helped dozens of Fortune 1000 companies across the globe define and execute strategic business transformation programs.

Elke Saeubert is a leadership and cultural coach & trainer. She works with executives and mid-level leaders to become increasingly effective, balanced, and authentic. Elke helps them adapt their leadership skills to changing cultural environments in post-merger situations when going global or during high-growth phases, bridging cultural gaps between departments as well as effectively lead diverse teams. Elke has 20+ years of professional experience, 12 of which she served as a Senior Manager in a leading global accounting and tax firm where she developed and led a team of Marketing & Business Development expertscoached Senior Executives to excel in delivering sales presentations. Elke is a New Ventures West certified Integral Coach, a certified Associate Coach with the International Coach Federation, and certified in the EQi 2.0 and EQ360 Model, an Emotional Intelligence assessment. Elke
 is also trained in and certified to use the intercultural training material of The Interchange Institute.
